LUMBERTON — A section of Mac D Road southeast of Fairmont will be closed through Friday so maintenance work can be performed.
The section will be closed to traffic in both directions from 7 a.m. Wednesday until 4 p.m. Friday, according to the N.C. Department of Transportation.
The detour will be Princess Ann Road to Mac D. Road.
