LUMBERTON — The Lumbee River Electric Membership Corporation’s annual meeting, which was postponed because of the threat of bad weather associated with Hurricane Michael, has been rescheduled for Nov. 3, which is a Saturday.
The meeting will be held at the Givens Performing Arts Center on the campus of The University of North Carolina at Pembroke from 1 to 7:30 p.m. Among the items of business will be filling four seats on the board of directors and electing officers for the board.
It had been scheduled for Thursday.
