LUMBERTON — A St. Pauls man was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a minor.
Daquan Emanuel, 26, of Britt Road, was arrested by the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office Juvenile Division and charged in connection to two separate incidents that occurred between Jan. 1, 2011, and Jan. 1, 2012, according to a statement from sheriff’s Maj. Damien McLean. He was jailed under a $50,000 secured bond.
The victim was under the age of 16 at the time, and Emanuel was more than five years older than that person, according to the statement.
