Kenny Barnes, of OK Service on West Fifth Street in Lumberton, reported to the Lumberton Police Department Wednesday that a catalytic converter from a van belonging to Mt. Hebron Church on Raemond Road in Rowland was stolen from the business. The converter is valued at $350.
Anita Shifflett, of Great Neck Court, and Doug Hopkins, of Old Mill Road, in Alexandria, Virginia, reported to the Lumberton Police Department Thursday that there had been a break-in and theft in both of their vehicles. The items reported taken were: an Hewlett Packard laptop, valued at $600; an iPad, valued at $600; an iPad case, valued at $20; a Stihl Backpack Blower, valued at $525; a jacket, valued at $30; a Makita drill, valued at $199; and a DeWalt Drill pack, valued at $20. Damage to the window was valued at $300.

Richard Byrd, an employee of Copart on N.C. 72 West in Lumberton, reported to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday that someone took a BMW 320i from the business. The car is valued at $7,166.41.
Feliciano Najera, of Hurman Lane in Salemsburg, reported to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday that a 14- foot Riverside utility trailer belonging to Sloan Construction of Duncan, S.C., valued at $2,000, was stolen from a construction site on South Broadridge Road, in Orrum.
