LUMBERTON — Lumberton police are asking the public’s help in trying to find a man who has been missing since Thursday.
Eric Montreal Evans, 22, was last seen in the area of Hedge Drive at about 4:40 p.m. that day, according to a statement by Capt. Terry Parker of the Lumberton Police Department. Evans recently had a birthday that he did not celebrate with family and friends.
Evans is a black male, about 6-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has shoulder-length dreadlocks that are black in color with a gray spot in the middle front. He normally wears two gold chains and has gold teeth.
