Sandy Morris reported Monday that a woman took 24 fishing lures, with a combined value of $152.39, while in Walmart on Fayetteville Road and tried to leave the store through the Garden Center door. The woman was detained and the lures were recovered.
Juan Rodriquez, of Fayetteville, reported Monday that someone stole his Ford pickup truck while it was parked and running at Walmart on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton. No value for the truck was recorded on the incident report.

Adam Grimsley reported Monday that someone broke into A’s Paint & Repair LLC, and a vehicle parked at the business on Chippewa Street in Lumberton, and stole one drill, valued at $300; two impact drills, with a combined value of $600; a laptop computer, valued at $400; a 65-quart Yeti cooler, valued at $400; one Verizon Mobile Hotspot, valued at $100; a flat screen television, valued at $1,244, a five-channel amp, value not recorded; a radio, value not recorded; and a padlock, valued at $10.
