LUMBERTON — Two Robeson County men face multiple drug charges after being arrested by sheriff’s deputies, according to information from the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
Charles Raven Locklear Jr., 39, of 3032 Huggins Road in Lumberton, and Brian Lynn Locklear, 33, of 189 Orbit Drive in Pembroke, were arrested at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday at 2394 Buies Mill Road in Lumberton.
Charles Locklear Jr. was arrested “in reference to the seizure of narcotics being prescription pills and drug paraphernalia items,” according to the Sheriff’s Office release. He was charged with possession with intent to manufacture and sell/deliver, conspiracy to sell or deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Robeson County jail and placed under a $25,000 secured bond.
Brian Locklear was arrested “in reference to the seizure of narcotics being illegal obtain prescription pills, cocaine and drug paraphernalia items,” according to the release. He was charged with possession with intent to manufacture and sell/deliver, conspiracy to sell or deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony possession of cocaine. He was taken to the Robeson County jail and placed under a $12,500 secured bond.
