LUMBERTON — A 27-year-old Shannon man faces trafficking charges after drugs were found in his vehicle on Wednesdsay following a traffic check by an officer with the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office’s Traffic Division.
According to a statement from the sheriff’s office, Nicholas Brandon Locklear,of Old Lowery Road, is charged with two counts of trafficking heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute Schedule III narcotics, and maintaining a drug vehicle.
Locklear was placed in the Robeson County Detention Center under a $50,000 bond.
