FAYETTEVILLE — The FreCo Wrestling Club is hosting a wrestling clinic led by world champion wrestler J’Den Cox on Jan. 6 in Fayetteville.
The clinic will have three different sessions on that day, from 10 a.m. to noon, 1 to 3 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. The cost is $45 a session if athletes pre-register by Dec. 15, $50 per session after Dec. 15 and $65 for walk-ups. In total, 50 slots are available per session. Athletes also can pay $100 for an all-day pass that allows entry into all three sessions, along with lunch and a signed shirt.
Cox was the 2018 world gold medalist and won bronze at the 2017 world championships and the 2016 Olympics. As a collegiate wrestler at Missouri, Cox won three national championships.
