PEMBROKE — ShipOnSite, a shipping and packaging company based in Wake Forest, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the grand opening of its Pembroke location on Dec. 8 at 9 a.m.
The business is located at 707 Union Chapel Road, Suite 1B, about a mile from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke campus. Refreshments will be served at the event.
Jackie and Joshua Scott of Scott’s Holdings Inc. are the new owners of ShipOnSite of Pembroke. The Scott family started researching the need for a packing and shipping business in the Pembroke area several years ago. After careful consideration, they chose the site on Union Chapel Road for the space that would allow them to grow the Packing and Shipping business to include full service Printing and Freighting services.
